She is also President of the Professional Resume Writing and Research Association / Career Directors Int'l, an innovative association of career professionals.

She is a Certified Expert Resume Writer, Certified Career Management Coach, Certified Electronic Career Coach, Internationally Certified Career and Job Transition Coach, Certified Employment Interview Consultant, Certified Web Portfolio Practitioner and Certified Career Research Professional. She holds a dual BA in Creative / Technical Writing with extensive graduate work in HR, Training and Counseling.
