Reporting to the Commercial Marketing Manager, this position is based in Melbourne and will be responsible for national execution of events and campaigns with industry focus to drive customer acquisition and retention. This position works closely with Asia Pacific Marketing team, local Business Unit (BU) leads, Sales Managers and Distributors to ensure alignment between local and Asia Pacific commercial programs and business strategy.
The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for:
Responsible for planning, organization and local rollout of events, corporate Initiatives, channel programs and trade shows within allocated budget in line with the local and AP strategy
Maintaining a calendar of national programs in conjunction with the distributor
Product Launch Campaigns
Building and implementing integrated product launch campaigns with the local Business Units and the distributor marketing teams aligned with local business strategy.
Monitor effectiveness of Marketing Investment
Establish targets and metrics for all campaigns and events in conjunction with BU and Sales stakeholders
Communicate campaign deliverables and results to the business groups and leadership team on a regular basis
Develop and execute local marketing communications, PR and advertisement plans to enhance company reputation, brand and thought leadership
