Interact in-person, by mail, and by phone on behalf of the AVP, Communications & Marketing.
Handle sensitive and confidential business matters with essential discretion.
Ensure appropriate and timely response to communications - verbal & written.
Maintain & organize soft copy (computer) and hard copy files.
Draft and/or edit letters, memoranda, emails and proposals.
Organize meetings, including preparation of meeting materials, and coordinate attendees, ensuring that meeting action items are documented and executed timely.
Make travel arrangements.
Maintain calendars in Outlook.
Develop & keep updated contact information on AVP's internal & external contacts with the media & others.
Assist with PR events, and other duties upon request.
