I’m Brian Ciciora, Truewerk’s founder, and I’m looking for a leadership-level digital marketer to work side by side with me and the rest of our Truewerk team as we scale the proven brand and product experiences our customers have come to love.
We need someone passionate about building purpose-driven digital brands, accelerating growth and (critically) sustaining growth through a commitment to developing long-term relationships with the hard working people we serve.
This is a position that will require high-level strategic thinking as we hone our go-to-market approach as well as disciplined tactical execution. You should have full command of digital marketing economics and KPIs (CAC, LTV, ROAS, etc.) and find excitement in developing programs that positively impact them. We’re disciplined about measuring and tracking our business. But we begin from the belief that business is a platform for advancing humanity, not just profiting from it. As such, we believe the depth and lasting value of the Truewerk brand will not come from digital trickery and paid ad spend - but rather are grounded in our commitment to increasing the level of significance our customers feel as a result of the critical work they do in making civilized life possible.

Duties of the Digital Marketing Director:
Planning and leading Truewerk’s surge-based go-to-market campaigns
Architecting and driving the build-out of our operator (influencer) network
Devising strategies to drive online traffic to our website
Tracking conversion rates and making improvements to the website utilising a range of techniques including paid search, SEO and PPC.
Overseeing social media strategy & execution
Leading PR and industry outreach
Devising and executing customer retention strategy and tactics
Improving the usability, design, content and conversion of our website
Responsibility for planning and budgetary control of all digital marketing
Evaluating customer research, market conditions and competitor data.
Reviewing new technologies and keeping us at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.
Requirements of the role:
University degree, technical certifications, apprenticeship completion….I’m looking for an educational background that’s been built on the acquisition of skills and knowledge required to solve problems you’ve found passion and value in addressing.
A strong and keenly developed sense of brand. And the role product, visual art, copy and other means of communication shape brand experience. Following from this, the ability to create / identify ‘on-brand’ imagery and write ‘on-brand’ copy.
A sense of curiosity and empirical creativity (the willingness to try small, measurable tests to inform hunches on how things work...followed by the ability to put increased weight behind ideas which prove to be ‘on target’).
Experience managing ecommerce, PPC, SEO and Affiliate programs, email marketing, and social media.
