Clarity Child Guidance Center is a 60 bed behavioral health facility that provides psychiatric services in our acute inpatient, partial hospitalization and outpatient programs. We are the only nonprofit treatment center in San Antonio and South Texas, that specializes in children ages 3-17 who suffer from serious mental health problems.
We are currently seeking a Director of Marketing and Resource Development with proven ability to provide effective leadership of development, fundraising and marketing to develop philanthropic partnerships through strategic marketing and branding.
Responsibility also includes:
Identifying and bringing in new development dollars to support new programs and provide assistance for under-funded patients and families
Organizing and hosting of events throughout the year to garner additional funds for needs of hospital as well as generating community awareness
Creating and executing grants strategy to strengthen relationships with foundations
Overseeing internal and external company communications including advertising, public relations, community education, website management, newsletters
Managing the needs and requirement of the Development Board, in conjunction with the Chief Executive Officer
Job Requirements/Background Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising or related field
Three to five years nonprofit experience in a leadership role
Must have experience in donor research, annual campaign management, relational philanthropy and donor development
Experience engaging high-level donors
