Our Marketing Communications Rep will believe in this too. You will be responsible for building customer interest and awareness in our product portfolio by executing on product launches, sales enablement and portfolio management. You will work closely with our Commercial Program Managers (CPMs) and businesses to execute on the commercial plan. You will build an understanding of the organization's global market position, opportunities, capabilities and needs, and utilize that information to support the sales of global products.
You will develop and implement marketing communications & digital tactics that represent the depth and breadth of our product portfolio. You will provide clean, concise written and verbal communications in order to create focused pre-sales and sales enablement materials including, web site content, literature, sales presentations, videos, tradeshow assets, social media content, advertising, public relations and other media to support business goals.
Ability to recommend and implement marketing communications deliverables that appropriately target customers' buying behaviors and needs and support our products portfolio
Writes content for various marketing deliverables
Partners with commercial program manager to execute on sales enablement projects including product launches and portfolio management
Effectively works with and involves appropriate team members to implement and deliver programs on time and within constraints as defined by the commercial plan
Maintains thorough familiarity with policies and procedures relating to corporate standards and procedures
Supervises and coordinates work, both internally and by outside vendors, for adherence to standards, deadlines and budgets
Manages product portfolio content according to lifecycle guidelines
Intermediate knowledge of analytics, modern marketing principles, tactics and best practices
Ensures that projects and deliverables are subject to measurement/metrics
Engages with sales and/or distributors to understand how marketing can contribute to their sales enablement needs or regularly reviews research done by other functional teams in this area
Holds self and others accountable for keeping commitments, maintaining standards and achieving functional goals
Works with other teams to execute on content delivery
