Principal of St. Mary of the Assumption High School, Elizabeth, NJ PRINCIPAL QUALIFICATIONS: Candidates must possess educational vision, leadership skills, organizational ability and interpersonal strengths. These leaders must be committed Catholics who can inspire faculty and staff, and engage parents and students in pursuit of both spiritual development and academic excellence.
CANDIDATES MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS:
Relevant experience in teaching and/or administration
Earned Master’s degree
NJ Teaching Certificate or its reciprocal
NJ Principal Certification, or its reciprocal
Letters of Recommendation from the following: pastor, 2 professional source
Athletic Director of St. Mary of the Assumption High School, Elizabeth, NJ This Athletic Director is responsible for providing direction of the athletic department and coordination of all athletic activities St. Mary of the Assumption High School including staffing, organizing transportation, referee confirmation, facility development, and budgeting. The Athletic Director is employed, supervised, evaluated, and retained by the President.
CANDIDATES MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year institution in education or business administration required.
Master’s degree in athletic administration or equivalent preferred
Prior successful work in athletic administration preferred
Marketing and Enrollment Manager of Archdiocese of Newark Office of Schools, Newark, NJ General Description Marketing and Enrollment Manager is expected to be a content expert in the fields of marketing, retention, recruitment, and enrollment. Responsible for assisting Catholic elementary and high schools in efforts to retain and recruit students. Will assist in creating and executing marketing and advancement plans for schools in the Archdiocese of Newark
Specific Duties/Responsibilities The following specific responsibilities are representative of duties required in this position. They may be unilaterally but reasonably changed based on the working environment and departmental needs.
Train and support principals, marketing professionals, and other staff inside of Catholic schools.
Assist schools in creating and executing marketing and advancement plans for the short-, median-, and long-terms.
Provide training as requested to parent groups, faculties, parishioners, and other key school stakeholders.
Serve as moderator of the Parent Ambassador Program to increase student enrollment by creating a “word of mouth” campaign with current parents to influence their friends, families, neighbor, etc.
Create and deliver content for Archdiocesan Marketing and Enrollment Network (AMEN) webinars and workshops.
Assist in the implementation of a comprehensive public relations strategy to best market Catholic schools education in and around the Archdiocese of Newark.
Create and share regular reports on progress inside of schools.
Attend events as a representative of the Office of Catholic Schools.
Attend OCS staff meetings, leadership days, and other events as necessary.
Extensive travel required to schools across Bergen, Essex, Hudson, and Unions Counties. Car, driver’s license, and insurance required.
Other duties as assigned.

Education and/or Experience
Bachelor’s degree, in Marketing or related specialization preferred.
Minimum of two years of marketing or advancement/development experience in a school, non-profit, or other professional setting.
