The Fulfillment Operations Manager (FOM) will be responsible for managing day to day operations of all magazine donor programs from conception through mail date.
Work with Marketing to review all bulk and test plans for the upcoming year in order to prepare instructions to our third party fulfillment and Lettershop.
Set up all mail schedules with the fulfillment vendor to enable the selections of all donor retention campaigns as outlined by Marketing.
Use bulk and test plans to set up correct segments as instructed by Marketing to use in the name selection of donors and recipients renewal and billing selections.
Provide fulfillment vendor all policy file information (via system update and promotion key set up) to ensure the customer receives the correct start issue, price, premium, term of subscription.
Work weekly with the fulfillment vendor to confirm all billing and renewal selections are selected as well as sign of on counts.
Work with the lettershop to set up all gift renewal and billing letters as well as provide component materials and inserting instructions.
All other related projects and tasks as are assigned and required.
Bachelor’s Degree in business and 3+ years marketing and/or operations experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, Word, and Outlook or similar electronic mail application
Excellent oral and written communications
Must have excellent time management and problem solving skills
