DIGITAL MARKETING SPECIALIST FT SCOTTSDALE HONORHEALTH

Job Summary The Spec-Digital Marketing works on a variety of digital, mobile, and social media campaigns to increase patient volumes, engagement with HonorHealth, and equity to the HonorHealth brand. Specifically works on growing and managing assigned HonorHealth social media channels and UI/UX web design to make HonorHealth's digital properties meet and anticipate users' needs. The Digital Marketing Specialist will work on SEO strategy and specific tactics with other team members.
Translates business goals and requirements into effective digital experiences on our sites and channels and creates user cases and user stories to articulate business requirements. Creates UX documentation (site flows, sitemaps, user journeys, wireframes, and user interaction specifications) to communicate concepts and user experience designs to internal and external partners. Drives customer research and A/B testing to validate designs and discover new insights while leveraging solid analytics and experimentation frameworks to make data-driven decisions. Designs usability testing protocols and manage testing sessions during project development. Works with various teams to ensure the best user experience on sites and channels. Leads and establish best practices and design thinking / process - driving best digital experience and ensure adherence to design best practices, standards, brand consistency.
Leverages social media to build brand awareness, website traffic, and engagement for customers - through campaigns and regular posting, listening, and combinations with other campaigns. Proactively positions HonorHealth in the community by cultivating positive relationships that generate positive consumer reviews, online news content with media and social influencers.Manage and conduct analysis of digital performance dashboard for all HonorHealth digital properties including corporate websites, physician portals, intranets, mobile applications
Manages employee site experience and content production, and assists in Honorhealth.com content production. Identify opportunities for applying new technologies, digital products and services to marketing campaigns. Assist in marketing automation, subscription, text and nurturing, and other tactics to increase ROI. Cultivates and maintains strong working relationships with service line and physician dyad leadership and human resources leadership in support of physician alignment, employee engagement and strategic plan objectives.
Conduct keyword optimization research for new and existing content opportunities. Develops and promotes SEO best practices and monitoring of content to ensure proper optimization. Conduct research to identify search query trends & keywords, real-time search and news media activity, popular social media topics, trends, market opportunities, or competitor performance.Seeks networking and professional collaboration opportunities to broaden knowledge base. Maintains open communication with vendors of assigned software applications. Maintains currency of health industry initiatives and required technical skills.
