The Marketing Intern’s responsibilities include but are not limited to: •Help clean up and manage email blast list •Research new trends in architecture, master planning and interior design •Research projects to help with copy for individual project sheets •Assist with revisions to project books (PowerPoint) •Help organize project sheets to upload onto SharePoint •Assist with revisions to project sheets for Bermuda •Assist with creation of project sheets for Cayman •Assist in graphic design basics (Mac & PC platform) •Assist with typesetting •Assist with downloading images from stock images service for projects •Help with contacting marketing/PR departments of OBMI designed projects for images •Assist with copywriting for updates on website

This is a temporary, full-time, hourly position.

For the position of Marketing Intern, the qualified candidate will be working towards an undergraduate degree at an accredited college or university. This position will report to our Marketing Coordinator and work closely with the marketing and Graphic Design team in an effort to promote the company as a whole, as well as targeting the local markets where OBMI has operations offices.

Qualifications & Requirements:

•Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Marketing, Public Relations or related field at an accredited college or university. •Independent personality with an ability to work in a team setting. •Excellent organizational skills and effectiveness at meeting deadlines. •Strong computer skills including, Microsoft Office, Photoshop and Quark. •Strong written and verbal communication skills. High proficiency in speaking, reading and writing English. •Bi-lingual in Spanish a plus but not required.
