CSCMP is looking for a marketing professional who can assist CSCMP with marketing branding, data analysis, web and social properties and messaging/ communications. Using creative skills, visual problem solving abilities and executing a passion for design, marketing strategy and data analytics, this role will help continue to raise the CSCMP brand awareness around the Globe. The Senior Marketing Associate is responsible for coordinating all aspects of the production of collateral, website content engineering, social listening and social media platforms.
Support Director of Education & Marketing Communications with execution of marketing tactics
Build relationships with members, volunteers and key industry contacts
Provide data driven, consumer focused recommendations for initiatives
Develop visual or audio content for product illustrations, logos, websites and other collateral materials
Coordinate day-day creative production and content development as it supports marketing plans
Manage KPI tracking and reporting
Copyedit designs and content for errors and before printing or publishing
Work closely with social media and editorial leads on content development, planning and at times execution
Work effectively and collaboratively with cross-disciplinary teams
Contribute to marketing effectiveness and the CSCMP culture
Ability to travel <15% driven mainly by Annual Conference participation (September 2017 in Atlanta)
Reports to Director of Education and Marketing Communications
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver and InDesign)
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
Ability to manage and update the content, video and graphics on the CSCMP website and assist in updating graphics and content on the CSCMP collateral materials.
Ability to strategize and implement tactics promoting social engagement and community
Experience in social listening and an interest and knowledge in the popular platforms
Evolving proficiency skill level in HTML
Excellent communication, problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, journalism or communications
