The Marketing Manager will increase brand awareness for our products mainly though digital media, inan effort to create sales leads/generation for the Sales Department. Inaddition, the Marketing Manager will receive leads & inquiries as a resultof these marketing strategies, and will organize these sales leads in our CRMdatabase for the sales team to facilitate the product development process.
Develop, implement, and manage marketing-related media plans for projects. Responsible for establishing project collateral, managing the production of the content, managing timeline of project, and overseeing the design and administration of our websites & digital media channels.
Send contacts and leads that come in via email inquiries to appropriate internal sales staff.
Manage budgets for projects.
Manage and coordinate the designs from both digital and print agencies, and also ensure that they are aligned on the expectations.
Add customer leads into our A&D database, using CRM (database for customers)—these leads will be used by our sales staff).
Send out incoming customer inquiries to internal staff members.
Develop customer surveys and market studies, then prepare reports.
Minimum 4+ years’ experience in digital media (emails, banner ads, facebook posts, social media, videos, websites, etc) or similar
Persistent disposition, willingness to learn and promote new products
Excellent organization skills (for tracking and managing projects)
Must have experience building spreadsheet in MS Excel (for tracking projects and budgets). Word and PowerPoint is also beneficial
Strong business marketing writing skills
