The role is accountable for: 1. Support the Senior Manager in the planning and execution of client engagement events, sponsorships and marketing communications activities to deliver the Corporate & Institutional Banking (CIB) client segment marketing plan. 2. Support and lead projects as agreed with the Senior Marketing Manager the planning, development, management and execution of: a. strategic business sponsorships; client events; marketing collateral both print and digital to support client segment needs b. relationship marketing activities to support client segment needs c. client and sales engagement tools including microsites and mobile apps to support marquee events and initiatives such as Sibos, sponsored conferences, proprietary activities and other marketing projects. 3. Contributing to the development and implement measurement tracking of client engagement and marketing communication activities to drive and evaluate effectiveness of deliverables. 4. Contributing to the team's deliverables as required, for e.g. The Bridge, and marketing data analytics
Key Roles and Responsibilities
* Successful roll out of client engagement programmes and initiatives which are aligned to the marketing strategy and plans. * Ensure digitisation of content where appropriate so that progress and effectiveness of client engagement initiatives can be tracked via digital analytics. * Use competitor and research insights to develop thought leadership/ white papers to support CIB client segment strategy. * Leverage on content owners and channel partners such as Corporate Affairs, Global Research, Product/ client segment groups for alignment of house views and bank's themes to develop thought leading and innovative content to serve the needs of the clients. * Actively engage content owners and channel partners such as Corporate Affairs, Global Research, Product/ client segment groups to ensure alignment of communication initiatives, efficiencies and economies of scale.
Qualifications and Skills
* Good understanding of the CIB client segments and CIB products. * 4-6 years of marketing experience in Financial Institutions especially Corporate & Institutional Banking * Proficient in excel and use of excel for data analytics * Flexibility and ability to adapt to dynamic structures and KPIs
