The Campus Living & Learning (CL&L) Senior Coordinator for Marketing, under the supervision of the Associate Director for Housing Administration is responsible for implementing CL&L's marketing, design, and communication strategy. This includes overseeing CL&L's website, social media, print, digital, and video content. The position also manages residential ID Card access. The Senior Coordinator partners with stakeholders (CL&L, Marketing & Communication, and the Division of Student Life) to accomplish these goals.
A hybrid work arrangement may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree, three years of relevant work experience, and an active Christian faith are required.
Demonstrated working knowledge of Microsoft Office and industry software including Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
Preferred Skills:
Software and web design knowledge to facilitate website management in alignment with Baylor standards.
Ability to work on graphic design platforms, with quality photography and assets to produce high-quality end products in print and electronic materials.
Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software used in print and email communications.
Experience growing and managing social media.
Experience with photography.
Ability to work with a flexible schedule to meet deadlines.
What You Will Do
Housing Communications and Design
Serve as the gatekeeper for CL&L's website style, content, and user experience. Update written and visual communication ensuring that information is accurate and accessible.
Grow departmental presence across social media channels. Create weekly content for departmental Facebook and Instagram accounts.
Oversee and train staff on digital signage usage across 18 residence halls.
Create, design, and restyle departmental print, digital, and video materials around the Housing Application, Roommate Matching, RHD Recruitment, and CL Recruitment.
Take new staff professional headshots and capture moments from departmental and university events.
Ensure proper implementation of university and department graphic standards and branding guidelines.
Collaborate with Baylor Marketing to advertise and inform families about Move2BU.
Work with departmental committees to design print, digital, and video materials.
Represent CL&L on the Student Life Communications Collaborative.
Partner with the Graduate for Prospective Student Outreach to represent CL&L at Admissions events and give the Housing Presentation to prospective students and their families.
Coordinate with outside vendors to purchase accessories, promotional items, and partner gifts.
Maintain communication knowledge by attending conferences and reviewing professional publications.
ID Card Access Management
Utilize CS Gold to coordinate ID Card access to CL&L's residence halls for Baylor faculty and staff, contractors, vendors, and residents.
Assign access to various groups and students.
Create lock and unlock schedules for residential buildings throughout campus.
Create temporary access for summer camps and conferences.
Troubleshoot access concerns.
Serve on-call to respond to after-hours and weekend access concerns.
