Job Details

• 8 plus years of legal experience working on private securities offerings and entity agreements
• Maintain existing client relationships and business
• Ability to maintain and expand client relationships
• Experience representing issuers and investors in private securities
• drafting and negotiating LLC agreements, Partnership agreements, stockholder agreements, articles of incorporations, etc
