These field marketers play a critical role in building referral partnerships, increasing brand awareness, and driving patient admissions. Successful field marketers are self-starters who enjoy face-to-face outreach and consistently represent the agency with professionalism and integrity. Key Responsibilities for Field Marketers:Serve as the primary community liaison
Develop and maintain referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, case managers, senior living communities, and other healthcare professionals
Conduct regular in-person visits, presentations, and follow-ups
Educate referral sources on home care services, eligibility, and benefits
Track outreach activities, referrals, and outcomes accurately
Collaborate with intake and clinical teams to ensure smooth referral transitions
Field Marketers will attend community events, health fairs, and networking opportunities
Previous experience in healthcare marketing, home care, hospice, or related field preferred
Strong communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills
Proven ability to work independently as a field-based professional
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
Organized, goal-oriented mindset typical of high-performing field marketers
