About This RoleThe Marketing Coordinator - Local plays a hands-on role in bringing Ace's marketing strategy to life at the retailer level. This position partners closely with retailers and vendors to turn big ideas into smart, localized marketing that drives engagement and growth. Managing key relationships and shared marketing funds, the role helps ensure investments are focused, effective, and easy for retailers to execute. The goal is simple but powerful: strengthen retailer confidence, elevate local marketing performance, and maximize the impact of Ace's marketing programs. It's a connector role-bridging strategy and execution, national vision and local success.
What You'll Do
- Manage retailer relationships across individual stores, multi-store groups, and Matching Funds Groups
- Support execution of national and local marketing initiatives for retailers
- Serve as primary point of contact for retailer marketing questions and needs
- Coordinate vendor relationships across local marketing programs and partners
- Oversee day-to-day vendor activities including invoicing, credits, and disbursements
- Build and present marketing materials for retailers, vendors, field teams, and leadership
- Support new store onboarding and local marketing activation efforts

Required Skills
- Proven ability to influence Retailers and drive the execution of optimal marketing practices
- Marketing and/or Analytics experience
- Strategic thinker that questions the status quo
- Passion and energy to build relationships and programs
- Detail oriented with a sense of urgency
- Independent self-starter
- Strong PC skills to include Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook. Technology adaptive to embrace and become skilled at Ace's Retail Technology platform as well as the Marketing
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills, with ability to interact and influence all organizational levels
- Excellent teamwork skills with proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
Compensation Details:
$76300 - $95500
