Marketing Strategist & Program Development (Garland, TX)

Position Summary:
We are seeking a talented and creative Marketing Strategist & Program Development to design and execute a comprehensive marketing and training plan that guides the company in delivering powerful, results-driven content to our customers. This individual will take ideas, data, and direction from a collaborative internal team—translating insights into a polished, actionable marketing and coaching framework that drives motivation, behavior change, and customer engagement.
This is an in-office role based in Garland, Texas, Monday through Friday. The initial engagement will be a 90-day project, with the potential to evolve into a full-time opportunity based on performance and results.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a written marketing and coaching plan that aligns with company goals and customer needs.
Work closely with cross-functional teams gathering data, ideas, and industry insights to build actionable strategies.
Create structured, easy-to-follow guides for customers that help improve performance, motivation, and success.
Manage and implement marketing campaigns across social media, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
Write compelling content that connects with audiences and drives measurable engagement.
Help define and strengthen the company’s messaging, tone, and training communication strategy.
Track performance metrics and provide feedback on what’s working and where adjustments are needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field from an accredited university.
1–4 years of post-graduate marketing experience, ideally in campaign strategy, content development, or brand communication.
Strong writing, editing, and organizational skills with a knack for simplifying complex ideas.
Experience developing customer-facing materials, marketing plans, and engagement strategies.
Familiarity with YouTube, social media platforms, and content distribution methods.
Ability to thrive in a creative, fast-paced, and collaborative office environment.
Compensation:
Commensurate with experience. This is a project-based position for the first 90 days, with an opportunity for long-term employment based on performance and company growth. Compensation be discussed further on initial phone interview.

Garland, Texas (In-Office, Monday–Friday)
