At YMCA of the Rockies, we’re on a mission to build healthy spirit, mind, and body for all. We’re looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Manager to lead our paid media and lifecycle marketing strategy—turning insights into bookings, memberships, and life-changing experiences.
What You’ll Do
-Own performance marketing strategy across Search, Social, Display, Programmatic, and Affiliate channels
-Set and manage KPIs like CPA, ROAS, CAC, and bookings targets with disciplined pacing and testing
-Lead agency partners and a small internal team to deliver high-performing campaigns
-Strengthen attribution, analytics, and reporting frameworks using GA4, Google Ads, Looker Studio, and more
-Partner with web and creative teams to improve UX, CRO, landing pages, and creative testing
-Build mission-aligned partnerships with tourism and community organizations to amplify reach
-Turn storytelling and offers into high-converting performance creative
What You Bring
-Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience
-Hands-on experience with digital ad platforms, analytics tools, and SEO fundamentals
-Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into action
-Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills
-Familiarity with design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
