Marketing & Design Manager Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in social media management, content creation, or brand marketing
• Experience in luxury restaurants, hotels, travel or and aspirational escape lifestyle
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere)
• Proven ability to direct both photo and video shoots
• Strong portfolio showcasing digital and print design—candidates must submit relevant work samples
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Design, Communications, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Experience in restaurant, hospitality, food, or lifestyle industries
• Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, etc.)
• Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and paid social campaigns
• Willingness to travel to local restaurant locations as needed
• Strong communication skills for effective cross-functional teamwork

Marketing & Design Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Own daily content and community management for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, consistently publishing new posts and responding to engagement
• Direct in-person photo and video shoots; manage relationships with vendors, photographers, and artists
• Develop and execute brand-aligned content calendars and email campaigns
• Analyze and report weekly on social media and campaign performance
• Support restaurant locations with local promotions, events, and marketing initiatives
• Manage social media advertising budgets and help implement new systems and tools
