Key Responsibilities – Sales Consultant:
- Welcome customers and create a positive, professional first impression
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate vehicles
- Conduct product demonstrations and test drives
- Present pricing, financing options, and valueâ€'added products
- Maintain upâ€'toâ€'date knowledge of Ford models, features, and incentives
- Follow up with leads and maintain strong customer relationships
- Achieve monthly sales goals with integrity and transparency
- Collaborate with teammates to ensure a smooth, customerâ€'first experience
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Prior automotive sales experience is not required. We train the right candidates for the exciting field of sales! If you have experience in retail, insurance sales, marketing, and/or customer service / hospitality, you can succeed with the professional training and management we provide!
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some Saturdays
- Professional appearance and customerâ€'focused mindset
