Job Description
American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist with Colorado licensure and BLS certification for a 13-week outpatient and inpatient assignment.
Responsibilities
- Work in a clinic setting with both inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation patients
- 10-hour day shifts, Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend and evening hours required for new inpatient evaluations
- No on-call responsibilities
- Assignment length is 13 weeks
- Responsible for evaluating, planning, and participating in rehabilitative programs to improve patient mobility and reduce pain
- Participate in community outreach and preventative programs
- May assist in marketing rehabilitation services
- Occasional weekend and evening hours may be required for new inpatient evaluations
- Two supervisory references preferred
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program (MSPT or DPT)
- Current Colorado Physical Therapist license required if applicable
- Current BLS certification required
- Three years of inpatient and outpatient experience preferred
- Trigger Point Dry Needling certification preferred
