Job Summary:
The UX Analyst, Marketing role will lead initiatives focused on optimizing Lamps Plus digital customer experience using a data-driven, strategic, and collaborative approach. This expert will convert data insights into actionable strategies, partner with cross-functional teams to develop experiments that drive optimization, and implement scalable solutions informed by outcomes. This person will enthusiastically demonstrate a Can-Do Attitude; lead with Compassion; be Endlessly Curious; and Make the Complex Simple.
Responsibilities
Optimization Analytics: Analyze site analytics, customer behavior, and user journey data to
uncover optimization opportunities. Track and report on KPIs including conversion rate, AOV,
bounce rate, cart abandonment, and revenue per visitor. Analyze experiment data rigorously,
validating outcomes through statistical significance and translating insights into clear
business value.
Design of Experiments: Lead the CRO, experimentation and personalization efforts using
cutting-edge technologies like Generative AI, Dynamic Yield, Bloomreach Discovery, or similar
platforms to drive meaningful user experiences. Conduct A/B and multivariate testing on
product pages, landing pages, checkout flow, and forms to improve site usability and
conversion performance. Perform ad hoc user tests on new website layouts.
Optimization Strategy: Identify trends, pain points, and potential growth areas in
engagement using both qualitative and quantitative inputs. Translate complex data into clear,
actionable recommendations. Craft and develop data-driven content strategies that
maximize SEO visibility and optimize performance for search engines and AI models.
Communication and Collaboration: Facilitate brainstorming sessions and alignment meetings
to create and prioritize optimization roadmaps. Partner with the Strategy team to align traffic
acquisition and site conversion goals for maximum ROAS. Ensure shared understanding of
goals, expected outcomes, and success metrics.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred. Study focused in marketing, business analytics, data
science, digital commerce, or related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital optimization, eCommerce strategy,
UX, product analytics, or a related role. Proven track record of A/B testing methodologies,
personalization tactics, and optimization frameworks.
Skills: Proficiency with web analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and
experimentation tools (e.g., Optimizely, Google Optimize). Fundamental proficiency in design
tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools.
