To learn more about the Haas School visit: http://www.haas.berkeley.edu/haas/about/employment.html Responsibilities The Associate Director of Marketing and Analysis owns and manages the Direct Response Marketing program in Development and Alumni Relations at the Haas School of Business. She/he sets the strategic direction and oversees all direct marketing initiatives with the purpose of raising annual support for the Haas School of Business. She/he designs campaigns and initiatives to reach new audiences and markets. She/he creates high-quality and professional marketing materials for the fundraising and campaign efforts. This position requires a skilled marketer with strong writing skills who can bring an innovative and creative approach to all marketing efforts. She/he will have advanced experience in developing a compelling case for support. An ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in fundraising and alumni communications and will possess analytical capabilities to conduct market research and analysis to enhance programs. She/he will measure results each year and initiate new marketing campaigns and initiatives to drive fundraising growth for the school. She/he will serve as a subject matter expert on fundraising communications for Development and Alumni Relations and will partner with members of the team on strategic projects requiring a compelling written case for support and direct marketing.
