The Mindfulness Center offers a wide range of global educational and training programs and products, in-person and online. Programs vary in length and duration and are scheduled throughout the year in multiple locations, and with a range of dates and instructors. The Marketing Manager will work toward the goal of increasing the number of enrolled participants across programs by ensuring that website content is relevant and accurate, and by developing compelling marketing content across communications channels. The Marking Manager upholds relevant Brown University marketing communications policies such as the Visual Identity and Strategy guidelines, Image Use Policy, and Messaging Strategy and Guidelines. Major responsibilities of this position will be to: Lead and coordinate marketing strategy and planning efforts, Develop content to execute marketing plans across communications channels; update web and social media sites in a timely and accurate manner, Manage and analyze Google analytics and other marketing data to measure the success of marketing efforts and to adapt strategy on an ongoing basis, and Research and explore new avenues to expand market presence and visibility.
Preferred: Bachelor degree or higher in marketing, graphic design, or the arts or equivalent and demonstrated experience
5 or more years with similar experience in a mindfulness or meditation center
Experience with Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction and meditation
Preference for someone with familiarity with the field of mindfulness and related research
