GENERAL SUMMARY: The AHU Online Marketing & Lead Strategist is an experienced and dynamic sales professional, who can deliver measurable success. This position requires a highly motivated individual who is an excellent communicator, can work well within a cooperative and friendly team and is able to work on their own initiative. The primary focus of the role is to work with the AHU Online team to develop and deliver a healthy lead generation program, driving qualified leads into the sales pipeline. The Marketing & Lead Strategist must be able to show a proven track record of increasing sales revenues and meeting or exceeding personal targets. Secondly, show they have the initiative to impact positive change to add value to our business. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED: Highly developed all around interpersonal skills; Excellent communication, presentation, networking and negotiation skills; Customer service oriented with a positive, well-motivated attitude; Conscientious, hard-working and driven to improve sales and activity performance beyond targets; Competent IT skills with an expert knowledge of Salesforce CRM, Microsoft Office, Google programs and social networking tools; Strong professional experience in general marketing, online marketing (website maintenance/SEO), internal/external communications, lead gen, email campaigns, face-to-face recruitment, and call campaigns; KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS PREFERRED: N/A EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Bachelor's Degree in business or related field 3-5 years' proven experience in prospecting and lead generation and 1-2 years' experience in sales management; 1-2 years' experience in configuring and managing funnel statistics via CRM; Proficient in managing the sales pipeline using CRM systems, specifically proven 2-3 years' experience and expertise in Salesforce CRM; 1-2 years' experience of working collaboratively in an integrated team; Provide evidence of 2-3 years' track record of increasing sales revenue by hitting or exceeding targets; 2-3 years' experience evaluating and altering online strategies based on a comprehensive understanding of analytics; 2-3 years' experience developing and executing lead scoring models to increase sales & marketing effectiveness, including quality of leads over quantity, testing and learning and MQL to SQL conversion strategies; 2-3 years' experience optimizing the impact of the demand generation marketing strategies. Lead Management: Manage, nurture and convert inbound leads into sales opportunities; Identify strong potential prospects using initiative and creativity, to generate outbound lead opportunities; Assess and analyze a prospects current process and requirements; Segment and leverage the marketing automation database for efficient and effective campaign targeting; Monitor and analyze day-to-day campaign performance, create and maintain reporting metrics and make recommendations for optimizing campaign strategy based on data analysis; Launch innovative, custom customer journeys that support highly targeted markets; Provide engaging and articulate information about AHU Online's value proposition to potential customers; Maintain well organized, up-to-date and accurate sales information and activity reports in Salesforce CRM system; Efficient management of the applicant pipeline; Meet personal targets and work towards AHU's sales goals and profitability. Communication: Ability to interact professionally with potential customers via phone, email, web conferencing, webinars and face-to-face, to discover their needs and develop a positive relationship; Work closely with internal enrollment and marketing team and develop cooperative working relationships with all company colleagues; Provide accurate and timely information as required to senior management; Proficient in the use of social media tools like LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, SEO optimization; Work closely and collaboratively with team members across academic programs, media services and creative services teams, including the ability to influence teams without direct authority. Represent AHU Online at recruitment events, corporate events or meetings independently or with colleagues; Adhere to company policies, procedures culture and business ethics. Product Knowledge: Develop a strong knowledge of AHU Online's programs and services to facilitate the enrollment process. Develop understanding how the benefits of AHU Online's programs and services can meet customer's needs. Create ways to generate and maintain customer interest in our academic programs. Develop external messaging content and collateral that supports AHU brand. Manage the creation of integrated, demand generation campaigns for prospects and customers.
