Reporting to the Director of Business Operations, the Marketing & Admissions Coordinator is an integral member of the PGME Business Operations team. Core responsibilities include frontline customer service, assisting with email marketing campaigns, developing PGME's social media presence, collaborating on asset creation and serving as team point person with market intelligence projects. The individual in this role will manage a portfolio of admissions-related responsibilities.
This role will assist with researching market conditions, competitive analysis, and identifying trends to inform the development of program marketing, new course development, admissions strategies, and increased market penetration. This position provides primary data support in meeting strategic goals and enrollment management efforts. The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for developing and managing datasets to support research, analysis, reporting and program pricing.
This position is responsible for the development, organization, and interpretation of market intelligence and participant data from various sources. She/he will identify key data sources and gather data through primary and secondary research, engaging with third parties as needed. This position will assist the Associate Director, Marketing Operations in the development and evaluation of strategic plans and projects. She/he will support the assessment of current and future partnerships and pipeline projects through research, data and financial analysis.
The Marketing & Admissions Coordinator supports the admissions process for assigned programs, courses, workshops and products offered through HMS PGME. Related duties include management of the application review process, tracking candidates through the admissions cycle, documenting the student selection process and facilitating enrollment-related correspondence with students. This position is responsible for the compilation and sharing of relevant data with the marketing team to assist with inbound marketing efforts. The Marketing & Admissions Coordinator plans and moderates info session webinars. Utilizing Cvent, the Marketing & Admissions Coordinator manages the organization of application materials for faculty and administrative leadership review.
As marketing & admissions activities evolve, the Coordinator will support a variety of projects such as events and trade shows, the coordination of info sessions, and collaborating with internal stakeholders on new PGME programs.
