JOB SUMMARY Performs more complex marketing tasks from design to writing to PR. Prepares presentations and proposals for new business development providing recommendations with a focus on ensuring that all materials meet established standards as to branding and messaging.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Direct creative efforts during every stage of production for print, digital, video and photography.
Contribute to brand strategy discussions to guide its evolution.
Prepares presentations and proposals for new business development providing recommendations with a focus on ensuring that all materials meet established standards as to branding and messaging.
Manages entire proposal and presentation process from inception to completion.
Reviews internal and external collateral materials, proofreads content, ensures appropriate branding, and approves materials for final distribution.
Manages the strategic planning, development, and execution of a comprehensive and creative social media strategy for reaching our target audiences through LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc. postings while ensuring the strategy integrates with our website and other platforms.
Manages the coordination and implementation of marketing strategies and performs research and analysis to support those strategies.
Produce event fliers, brochures, posters, etc. as needed, working with graphic designers and placing advertisements where appropriate.
Work with internal teams and outside vendors to secure events; this includes producing detailed event plans and communicating on an ongoing basis with all relevant parties.
Provides marketing education and training on tools, resources, as well as technical assistance to staff.
Ensures compliance with company standards with the company logo and consistency of marketing products.
May manage business development for the Marketing Center.
May manage the information flow provided, such as press releases, feature stories, by-line articles to the media, and monthly and quarterly marketing reports for management.
May produce an email newsletter multiple times throughout the year.
Develop and track the marketing budget to ensure the departmental spend meets planned expectations..
Provides cost estimates for clients by researching costs and negotiating with vendors.
May serve as the contact for advertising and promotion for a local area office.
Other duties may be assigned.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES No formal supervisory responsibilities in this position. Provides informal assistance such as technical guidance, and/or training to coworkers. May coordinate and assign tasks to co-workers within a work unit and/or project.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree or equivalent from four-year and a minimum of four to six years of related experience and/or training, with experience in commercial real estate preferred.

COMMUNICATION SKILLS Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to internal clients. Ability to effectively present information.
FINANCIAL KNOWLEDGE Requires no knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages.
REASONING ABILITY Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret documents. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires intermediate analytical and quantitative skills.
OTHER SKILLS and/or ABILITIES Intermediate skills with various software programs such as Microsoft Office products and Adobe Acrobat are required. Experiences in, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Constant Contact, Dreamweaver, Google G-suite, and web based CRM systems are highly desirable. Ability to learn web publishing platform.
