Our Student Affairs division is searching for a Marketing and Communications Manager to join the team. Reporting to the Director of Marketing for Student Affairs, you will assist in the execution of a focused marketing and communications strategy for the division, with the goals of improving the student experience. You will engage our audiences through inspiring, relevant, and informational content, and elevate the Division of Student Affairs' brand internally and externally.
Your core responsibilities include:
Building and streamlining branded communication and content for our web and social media as it relates to user experience, analytics, engagement and accessibility
Building and interpreting analytics and performance indicator reports to help develop a data-informed strategy for web content/structure and social media efforts/return on investment
Developing/writing, crafting, and editing content and messaging for various types of collateral (from digital to print, news articles to social posts) that adds to the DOSA brand strategy
Training and supervising three to four student marketing interns
Following established guidelines and adhering to timelines for marketing projects, initiatives, and deliverables
Bachelor's degree required
3-5 years Marketing and Communications experience required

You should demonstrate:
Excellent communication, writing, editing, and graphic design skills
Creative thinking, as well as attention to detail
Extensive understanding of social media, analytics, as well as familiarity with video production and editing
Ability to work collaboratively and on teams, have a proven track record of building partnerships and positive working relationships cross-departmentally
Inclusion of ideas and feedback from a diverse audience of partners
