The Marketing and Communications Product Manager will primarily be responsible for developing marketing and communications campaigns and other key projects and strategies for Citi's Retail Bank.
The successful candidate will work across product teams (including Deposits, Foreign Exchange, Mortgages, Insurance, Investments and Segments) to manage, develop, and execute product communications (including Legal, Regulatory, Compliance, Remediation) and controls initiatives, as well as customer marketing communications, in a way that optimises the client journey and drives business engagement and performance.
The role is designed to be flexible to accommodate the changing priorities of the business.
Own, manage, and deliver Citi Retail Bank's Legal/Regulatory and Regional/local customer communications projects, including mandatory retail documents and a range of marketing customer engagement communications
Manageme the Retail Bank's communications strategy, including brief to design, copywriting, proof reading approvals via stakeholders, and coordinating production suppliers to execution. Communications include updates to T's & C's, variations, product changes, new features, account closures, portfolio updates, rate changes, product engagement eDMs and related controls
Manage customer marketing initiatives and campaigns, including lead nurture, client on-boarding, product usage and stimulus campaigns to cross sell and retain customers across the lifecycle
Execute communications via direct mail using mailhouses and digital channels (digital channel builds required through Salesforce Marketing Cloud software for eDM, SMS, Drupal for website and landing pages and social media tactics. Other channels include sales team engagement, Citiphone, CRM, mobile app, post login and other touch points as they come available)
Measure and report on various metrics to optimise campaign performance including opens, CTR, funding rate, spend, usage, segment upgrades and downgrades, retention, satisfaction NPS & process changes, AUM (Assets Under Management & Balances)
Work with Decision Management and key stakeholders to design data briefs and tech build to approval stage, receive data files for execution, run QA, seed testing and maker checker process, including mail house live proofs to final approval and campaign eDM send via Salesforce platform
Manage budgets, purchase orders, suppliers and invoices to optimise spend for monthly budget reconciliations
Monitor marketing, market and consumer trends as well as competitor activities
Relevant qualifications in business and/or marketing
Strong, written and verbal communication skills & competency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Powerpoint
High level of proficiency in Digital Marketing Systems ideally Salesforce Marketing Cloud and journeys
Knowledge and/or use of Adobe Experience cloud, Google Analytics, CRM systems
Strong data management knowledge of segmentation/ extraction/customer targeting and techniques
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise workload
