Here, exceptional is seen in our teamwork, accountability, integrity, leadership in excellence and leadership in mission.Mendoza Marketing and Graduate Enrollment Team is responsible for communicating a compelling brand narrative that conveys the College's distinctive position as a leading business school, and for enrolling a community of inspired learners committed to becoming the best version of themselves and to being a force for good in the world.The Associate Director Web Marketing will develop the Mendoza College of Business website strategy and lead the implementation of a purpose-driven website. He/she will implement AGILE methodology to continually improve website engagement and performance. Employ website best practices to increase visibility and engagement with content. Examine digital behaviors on mendoza.nd.edu. Evaluate analytics to understand user intent and measure outcomes for ongoing optimization of the website and digital marketing strategies. Design, create, and modify mendoza.nd.edu and related subsites. Analyze user needs to implement website content, graphics, performance, and capacity. Some of the responsibilities for the Associate Director, Web Marketing include: ? Develop and implement an AGILE strategy to continuously enhance website experience. Design, build and maintain mendoza.nd.edu pages and subsites, using authoring or scripting languages, content creation tools, management tools, and digital media for use across different platforms. ? Write, design and edit Web page content and direct and advise others producing content. ? Maintain understanding of current Web technologies or programming practices through continuing education, reading, or participation in professional conferences, workshops, or groups.
Minimum Qualifications: Masters degree or Bachelors degree (5 years) or advanced certification beyond Bachelors in Business or Computer Science7 or more years of experience in a similar capacityDeep knowledge of agile methodologies applied to design, build and manage purpose driven websites.
Preferred Qualifications: Deep knowledge of agile methodologies applied to design, build and manage purpose driven websites.
