![]() California State University, San Bernardino Overview Employment Status: Full-Time, 'Exempt', At-Will position, included in the Management Personnel Plan (MPP). This position shall be a one (1) year appointment, with the possibility of being extended. Work Schedule: Regular Operating Hours for Administrative Offices: Monday through Friday, 8:00a.m. to 5:00 p.m., occasional early morning, evening and weekend hours may be required. As needed, travel may be required to participate in program events/activities. First Review Deadline: This position will remain open until filled. Typical Activities The College of Education (COE) is seeking a Director of Marketing and Student Outreach. This is a full-time (1.0 FTE), 12-month, fixed term administrator position reporting to the Dean of COE. Reappointment is at the discretion of the Dean. The Director of Marketing & Outreach will have the responsibility for the College of Education's marketing activities locally, nationally, and internationally. This person will oversee the development and delivery of a fully integrated student recruitment and marketing strategies for all programs in the College. The Director will be the primary link between the College and the University's Strategic Communications unit. Typical duties include, but are not limited to:
