Position Summary: Incumbent is responsible for leading creative direction, development and production of external and internal marketing materials and campaigns. The Creative Services Manager serves as an advisor on the creative direction of marketing projects; assigns and delegates to internal and contracted creative staff and executes projects independently.
Rate Minimum $79,800.00 Maximum $181,900.00
Required Qualifications: Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships across the HealthSystemAbility to maintain a work pace appropriate to the workloadBFA/BA/BS degree with 7-9 or more years in a creative services role.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in EnglishExceptional graphic design, art direction, creative direction skills.Experience in selecting and managing various vendors.Experience managing and leading designers.Familiarity with video production.Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlinesMust demonstrate customer service skills appropriate to the jobMust excel at originating ideas, anticipate and implement next steps, generate improvement opportunities and translate new ideas into workable solutions.Must possess the skill, knowledge and ability essential to the successful performance of assigned dutiesOutstanding interpersonal skills with an ability to communicate clearly and concisely, as well as demonstrated willingness to share ideas with individuals at all levels.Solid experience demonstrating initiative and creativity.Solid expertise in print, web and email design and the production process for each.Strong problem solving skills, ability to understand and identify key strategic issues, and develop creative design solutions to assignments.Thorough familiarity and competency with the latest Adobe Creative Suite software, including PowerPoint and Publisher.
Preferred Qualifications: Agency experience.Comprehensive awareness and interest in new platforms and technologies for the digital channel.Experience enforcing and propagating visual identity style guidelines.
