Preference will be given to candidates with relevant IT experience and significant experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Community Cloud.
A strong candidate will show:
Salesforce Sales Cloud System Administrator and Community Cloud certifications, strong knowledge of Salesforce developer skills, and familiarity with Salesforce application products. Mastery of Salesforce profiles, permissions and roles.
Experience managing Salesforce Sales Cloud releases and all aspects leading up to a release: developing roadmap, prioritizing work, defining requirements, reviewing solutions, outlining test plans, overseeing deployments and communicating release progress to end users.
Strong analytic skills essential in developing, reading and communicating data issues. Ideal candidate will understand relational database fundamentals and demonstrate experience with SQL and reporting tools. Experience mining data, developing analysis and presenting findings.
Excellent communication in a variety of methods keeping the stakeholders well informed. Strong customer service experience including presentation and training skills. Experience working with outside vendors.
Experience managing direct reports.
