The Senior Director will lead our marketing transition from a primarily mass media approach to a personalized and frictionless digital 1:1 experience. The Senior Director will work collaboratively with stakeholders from across the organization including IS, Innovation, Patient/Family Experience and Strategic Planning to design and execute the consumer digital experience. He/she also will be responsible for the selection, implementation and effective management of the hospital's Customer Relationship Management platform.
Advance Degree preferred
7 or more years’ experience in digital strategy and digital marketing aimed at enhancing the consumer experience and deepening the relationship between the consumer and the organization
5 or more years working to optimize a CRM platform with demonstrable results. Experience in the selection and implementation pf a CRM platform a plus
Experience managing digital (email, web, mobile) campaigns
Outstanding project management skills with proven experience managing end-to-end projects including managing budgets, timelines and milestones, and deliverables
Demonstrated ability to manage simultaneous projects in a fast-paced environment
Solid analytical skills
