We are looking for a Member Engagement Specialist to work at our Corporate office in Brentwood, TN ! If you possess a “whatever it takes attitude” keep reading. It’s hard to pinpoint a “typical” day here (and who wants typical anyway?), but the Member Engagement Specialist will serve in a client-facing role for Premise Health onsite and nearsite health & wellness centers, pharmacies and fitness centers and is responsible for client engagement marketing and demand generation initiatives that involve implementation and ongoing client management. This role will serve as a point of contact and liaison for clients, thus requires a background in client relationship management, excellent writing and communication skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to learn new systems to support client marketing and demand generation tactics. This role is integral to the Member Engagement team and will participate in the creation, execution and analysis of client marketing communications, strategies and daily marketing operations to support the departmental and company engagement objectives. What You’ll Do for Us: Leads site marketing implementation by partnering with operations and client marketing teams to ensure coming soon and go-live communication needs and activities are executed Develops and presents site event strategies, offering support for client and/or site execution Serves as the point of contact and liaison with client, Director of Client Operations and implementation managers for member engagement support for the onboarding and ongoing needs of clients Work with the member engagement team in the development of client marketing and communications strategies . Works with internal and external client-side contributors in the creation of marketing assets Assists with management of digital marketing hub; supporting internal team members with use of hub, evaluation and additions to online library, and training of new users Serve as client advocate to identify actionable ways to use onsite best practices Partner with assigned product owner (s) to be the Member Engagement team subject matter expert, taking lead on the development of member facing marketing campaigns Review site and client content ensuring message is supportive of and consistent with overall onsite engagement strategies Assist as needed with efforts related to the company’s goals and objectives, working directly with the member engagement team and other internal functional areas as needed Oversee the fulfillment processes for creative projects working with outside vendors, internal graphic designer, and other internal stakeholders Makes recommendation to maximize site level member engagement budget working with internal teams to track use Manage engagement marketing tactics offered by Premise Health including the design and execution of print and digital collaterals and serve as a dedicated reviewer for client marketing tactics. Assist in the proofing and approval of client collateral Work with internal team to ensure tracking and analysis of tactics used in client campaigns Custom campaigns and new ideas Development of site collateral not available on hub Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field required Experience: 3+ years direct-to-consumer marketing or communications experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office required, Adobe InDesign and Acrobat preferred Experience with marketing channels, including email, direct mail, web, social and events Knowledge and Skills: Crystal clear communication, both written and oral Ability to manage multiple projects with various timelines Self-starter who demonstrates initiative and thrives in a fast paced, collaborative work environment Detailed organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple project with internal and external stakeholders across varying timelines Team player with a positive, can do attitude; comfortable working in a dynamic environment with a certain amount of ambiguity Ability to work well independently and with a team Strong process management approach Eye for design and ability to manage design projects according to brand guideline What We’ll Do for You: At Premise Health, you’re not an employee – you’re a team member.
