Reporting to UK HealthCare's Director of Brand Strategy, the Director of Integrated Marketing oversees market research and data initiatives, develops and implements digital and traditional marketing strategies independently and in collaboration with market development managers, and supervises Brand Strategy's Creative Services function comprised of content and social media, design services, media (audiovisual) services, web services and digital animation. The position assists the Director of Brand Strategy in managing enterprise initiatives, leads through appropriate training, coaching and corrective action, and serves as second-line escalation for Creative Services teams.

Required Related Experience:
Required License/Registration/Certification :
Master’s degree in Marketing and/or Statistics, and paid employment experience in healthcare marketing and consumer market research, as well as a proven ability to successfully manage marketing creative services.
