: We are looking for a motivated, self-starter to be a member of our dynamic team to support our marketing and social media activities. You will cover a range of activities in marketing that will help NREC expand its presence in commercial and government markets. You will also be responsible our social media accounts. Duties include creative direction and content development of marketing and promotional products such as posters, pamphlets, merchandise and other printed graphics; weekly generation of new content for our social media accounts; generate text and graphics for our website; photography, image editing, graphics design and more.

Your primary responsibilities will include:
Generate and post content on our social media on a weekly basis.
Generate graphics material for posters, flyers, banners and other printed material, or proposals.
Generate content for news stories and press releases (text and photos).
Manage quarterly newsletter campaigns from start to finish including content generation and email distribution.
Analyze communication metrics/data in order to analyze effectiveness of operations and influence decision making.
Generate ideas on how to enhance NREC's image and branding.
Support NREC's Management with internal communications.
Update and maintain the all marketing material within NREC that are visible by visitors (posters, banners, etc.).
Design other marketing material such as t-shirts, coffee mugs, etc. and manage these mini projects from start to finish.
Other duties as assigned.
3-5 yrs. - Marketing experience.
3-5 yrs. - Social-media experience.
3-5 yrs. - 2D Graphics design experience.
Excellent communication skills.
Excellent teamwork skills.
Proficient with a prevalent graphics software such as Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator.
Demonstrate marketing abilities to help promote the NREC brand.
Experience with photographic equipment and the skills and experience for taking high-quality photos.
Able to lead, organize and bring to fruition marketing projects and newsletter campaign from start to finish.
Note: The position may require taking photos and/or videos during special events at NREC (e.g. group visits, program reviews, VIP visitors) or during field tests for specific projects. These events may happen during evenings, weekends or require travel.
