-Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education/job related experience
-Minimum 2 years experience in football recruiting and/or brand management at the collegiate or professional level
-Strong understanding of Microsoft Office Suite
-Excellent communication skills with ability to build positive relationships with student-athletes, parents, coaches, faculty, staff, and the general public
-Strong attention to detail, creativity and problem-solving skills
-Ability to gain and maintain working knowledge of university, PAC-12, and NCAA processes, rules, and regulations
The University of Southern California Football Team is seeking a full-time position to oversee all football social media accounts and internal marketing for the recruitment of potential student-athletes. The individual will work directly with our creative team to build and execute the marketing calendar including general mailers, personalized graphics, and the promotion of all team-related activities. Other responsibilities include assisting in recruiting visits, game day operations, and summer camp and clinic operations.
