The Program Marketing Specialist is a strategic professional who stays abreast of developments within own field and contributes to directional strategy by considering their application in own job and the Private Banking business. Recognized technical authority for an area within this business. Requires basic commercial awareness. There are typically multiple people within the business that provide the same level of subject matter expertise. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to guide, influence and convince others, in particular colleagues in other areas and occasional external customers. Significant impact in the area through complex deliverables. Provides advice and counsel related to the technology or operations of the business. Work impacts an entire area, which eventually affects the overall performance and effectiveness of the sub-function/job family. Responsibilities:
Family Business and Next Generation programs - events, membership management, marketing and communications
Philanthropy - promotional and marketing activities
Publications - produce and manage content for newsletters, blogs, intranet, internet, White Papers and other publications and interfaces
Webinars - conceptualize, produce and manage the communications and marketing aspects of webinars. Work with external vendors to ensure superior audience experience from a technical perspective.
Social media - produce content, develop engagement and marketing strategies
Content creation - writing skills and the understanding of editorial ad design processes are critical.
Market research - manage market research projects in partnership with external research and marketing organisations.
Event Management: Manage all aspects of client and prospect events including: invitation process; compliance reviews; logistics; on-site or on-line client interaction; budget maintenance; gift, venue, décor, and menu selection; maintenance of CRM database; post-event follow-up.
Marketing strategy: Provide senior management with detailed briefings and proposals to shape overall business strategy of the Private Bank
Use post-event feedback to determine best practices for future events including researching and conducting competitive benchmarking
Measure ROI: track post-event impact on client revenues, client acquisition and client relationships.
Some regional or international travel may be required.
6-10 years of experience
Candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of Marketing experience, with at least 2 years in digital marketing execution and preferably in wealth mnagement financial services
