The Sr. Digital Marketing Associate is a member of the Digital Marketing demand generation work group within the US Strategic Property Marketing team. This position supports the development of the company's digital marketing programs, standards, and processes implemented by the marketing and operations team members in the US. Areas of focus include Paid Search, Paid Social, Display Advertising, and Search Engine Optimization.
Support the Greystar digital marketing strategy with the goal of increasing use of preferred providers and program revenue generation. Programs include SEO, Search, Display, Video, Paid social and Mobile Advertising.
Create marketing communications, training materials, program collateral, and conduct team member education sessions that promote the company strategy.
Conduct research to identify digital advertising and marketing vendors to complement the company's digital strategy.
Monitor and manage digital advertising vendors for product, performance, and customer service quality through analysis of complex program reporting data. Advise on data trends and key performance indicators and participate in the intra- and inter-departmental data management initiatives to optimize online marketing performance.
Responsible for recurring vendor billing and internal processing in coordination with accounting.
Support the organization via help desk tickets, calls, emails, and general digital marketing consulting.
Interface with various departments and vendors to review, update, and provide quality assurance oversight for digital marketing programs.
Work collaboratively with additional marketing and non-marketing team members on cross departmental initiatives and projects closely related to and/or impacted by digital marketing initiatives.
Maintain data integrity and compliance across various systems and teams.
Support other digital marketing projects and programs as needed.
Completes various human resources, financial, administrative, and other reports and analysis, and performs other duties as assigned or as necessary.
Follows established policies and procedures by monitoring and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, organizational standards, and operational processes related to area(s) of responsibility and reporting violations or infractions to appropriate individual(s).
Practices proper safety techniques in accordance with Company, property, and departmental policies, procedures, and standards by immediately reporting any mechanical or electrical equipment malfunctions, employee/visitor/resident injuries or accidents, or other safety issues to appropriate individual(s).
Identifies areas for improvement and offers suggestions to improve efficiency and productivity.
Keeps abreast of current changes in technology, processes, and standards within the industry and area(s) of responsibility by attending internal and external training classes, research and/or subscribing to the internet or other professional publications or utilizing other appropriate method(s) to obtain business and professional information and applies knowledge and practices to area(s) of responsibility.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
3 - 5 years' experience in Paid Search, SEO, or other digital marketing channels.
Experience using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Google My Business, and SEMRush.
HTML, ADA accessibility,Photoshop, InDesign and Salesforce experience a plus.
High proficiency using Excel and solid knowledge of all other Microsoft office software.
Demonstrated proficiency in complex data analysis with specific experience in digital marketing statistical reporting and data management.
Proficient presentation skills in order to develop and/or complete required reports, manage communication, as well as create and edit impactful presentations, proposals, and other collateral materials.
Extreme attention to detail, adaptability, excellent time management, and dedication to staying organized.
Ability to quickly pick up new skills and learn new tasks.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
