The Marketing Manager will support the strategic development and execution of marketing for our four open-enrollment, flagship Comprehensive Leadership Programs with the goal of driving the net new quality applications needed to meet budget.
Develop deep knowledge of programs via faculty meetings and published research / thought leadership, competitive analysis, and meetings with program participants.
Collaborate with Harvard Business School (HBS) faculty and program directors to recommend and implement strategic, program-specific marketing campaigns.
Establish strong, collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams, including program directors, digital marketing, web marketing, program advising, analytics, sales, admissions, finance, and program delivery.
Partner with digital team to implement lead nurturing campaigns that leverage new personas and tactics that will drive interest for each program; monitor market feedback and optimize campaigns accordingly.
Manage and monitor program budgets.
Utilize data to monitor program interest and optimize plans accordingly.
Project management and quality assurance of a wide array of marketing materials, including email, direct mail, collateral, web content, webinars, and more.
Responsible for other duties as assigned.
During the current period of COVID-19 related restrictions, this position may start as a remote position with the transition to onsite at HBS campus in Boston, MA when the office reopens.

5+ years of experience managing complex marketing projects is required.
Position requires excellent relationship management skills, proven project management skills, creative problem solving skills, strong analytical ability, and superior written and verbal communication skills.
The ability to respond independently and with flexibility under tight deadlines is critical.
Experience with Salesforce preferred.
