Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: The Associate Director will develop and execute the HCP Marketing strategy and tactics for a specific target segment of HCPs that practice in the community setting.
Specific responsibilities will include the following: * Lead the development and implementation of the HCP Marketing strategy to HCPs within targeted community setting, focusing on non-clinical HCP promotional elements. * Have a clear understanding of practice dynamics for HCPs practicing in the community setting * Deep understanding of buy and bill product acquisition methodology * Work closely with the HCP marketing team to ensure strategies and tactics are aligned. * Develop, execute, and measure tactics and resources used by the field team for HCPs within systems of care. * Create and/or assist in the development of training programs for internal customers and stakeholders associated with these HCPs that practice in the community setting * Work with the training department, to create and execute training programs that increase the sales team effectiveness in delivering resources and capabilities that drive brand growth. * Work with legal, regulatory, compliance and medical colleagues to ensure appropriate use of materials and resources. * Lead interactions with extended brand team members including other functional areas (Sales, Patient Access & Health Policy; Medical, Clinical, Regulatory, Training, Finance and others) building consensus/buy-in among these team members * Work with the broader marketing team to ensure aligned strategic direction and messaging, where appropriate. * Ensure compliance with Novartis policies and procedures and full integration into the Novartis culture and support resources.
