We are seeking an experienced Marketing Coordinator/Leasing Assistant to join our team! You will be responsible for flyer composition and website updates, taking leasing calls and updating excel spreadsheets and CRM database.
Update, design and maintain website, flyers and eblasts
Field leasing calls, show space to prospective tenants and prepare lease worksheet for lease preparation
Maintain and update vacancy reports in Excel
Real Estate research and prepare reports
Responsible for managing pylon repairs and design
Enter information in RealNex CRM database
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office – especially Excel, Word and Publisher
Florida Real Estate License
Previous experience in marketing retail properties preferred
