MARKETING COORDINATOR,Solve , to support the Marketing and Communications team with increasing awareness of Solve's mission and impact. Will provide support for a variety of projects--with a focus on social media campaigns--to help further build and engage Solve's diverse community of impact leaders. Responsibilities include managing and growing Solve's social media accounts to reach more challenge applicants, prospective donors, and social impact enthusiasts and to broaden its reach; searching out new opportunities and innovative ways to engage with audiences across each platform; scheduling all content (social, email, articles) within Hubspot; supporting and reviewing the creation of all data tracking, analytics, and reporting across marketing and communications; providing support in keeping Solve's website up-to-date; generating marketing collateral using brand guidelines; writing comprehensive communications and marketing for events; and supporting ad-hoc projects.

Job Requirements REQUIRED : bachelor's degree in marketing or related area; two years' project management or digital marketing experience; background in paid and organic social media management, growth, and analytics, (specifically Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram); experience and interest in digital marketing platforms, including HubSpot; knowledge of PowerPoint, Canva, and other design and publishing software; attention to detail; and excellent time-management, organizational, and communication skills. Must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines, including ensuring the timely delivery of long-term tasks; work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional, team-based, and sometimes ambiguous environment; learn quickly and solve problems independently; and focus on quality and productivity for the tasks at hand.
