The Digital Marketing leader for Government & Public Services (GPS) serves as a trusted advisor to business leaders and key stakeholders engaged in this high growth industry. In this role, you'll play a critical role in helping GPS leaders shape their messaging through social media platforms and how they engage with the client executives throughout the sales process. You'll employ your strong project management skills to manage, track and coordinate key initiatives and projects and oversee a team in India developing digital strategies for the firm and supporting proposal and pursuit marketing that support GPS's portfolio of clients and largest deals. The GPS clients includes the federal, state, and local government departments and agencies and higher education entities.
What you'll do:
Project and Stakeholders management
Develop, maintain, and monitor master project plan/schedule for digital marketing, content creation, and social media projects to ensure timely delivery, quality, and compliance with the project's scope. Prepare project and program communications for key stakeholders.
Provide weekly status reporting on active projects to indicate progress, achievements and any risks or issues that require escalation. Schedule and facilitate stakeholder meetings to communicate project status, discuss escalated issues and ensure project is meeting objectives and requirements.
Lead initiatives to develop and improve processes, tools and technology to support the execution of GPS Marketing strategies and needs.
Connect frequently with PCOE and Marketing stakeholders to stay abreast of new solutions, client successes and other notable milestones for potential digital marketing and social media efforts.
Marketing analysis and reporting
Develop processes and tools to gather, report and present Marketing performance metrics, including weekly dashboards and reports to effectively display and highlight KPIs, marketing activity and status of key projects.
Conduct competitor research to understand competitors' marketing strategies to help leaders and marketing team differentiate Deloitte in the market.
Prepare written and oral presentations for GPS leaders on key findings from Marketing analysis and influence Marketing priorities.
Oversee talent management processes of a team of 20 professionals based in India.
Create onboarding, learning & development plans to support ongoing development of team members aligned with the needs of the GPS practice.
Deloitte's GPS Marketing team provides value to the Deloitte GPS team by developing and driving marketing programs that support GPS positioning with current and prospective clients. We collaborate closely with the National Marketing team to develop and execute consistent messaging and campaigns that build Deloitte's brand in the marketplace.

A Bachelor's degree and 6-8 years of digital marketing strategy and execution, corporate web design, social media strategies for executives, and project management experience; consulting experience and/or government industry experience preferred
Experience leading and managing remote teams; experience managing offshore teams preferred
Superior writing and analytic skills; ability to review data and input from multiple sources and draw conclusions
Familiarity with Marketing technology tools and experience leverage technology to support marketing strategies and campaigns
Familiarity with social media channels - LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, Instagram, etc. and experience with social media strategy and management for leadership
Experience with presentation and data analysis/ analytics software, including MS Visio, MS PowerPoint, Excel, or others to develop dashboards.
Proficient in using MS Word, Visio and PowerPoint and Microsoft Project.
Creative thinker, someone who thinks outside of the box, and has the ability to implement innovative marketing and communications platforms and tools.
Be a leader, team player, and proactive professional who works and thinks strategically, while guiding the team at the tactical level to deliver high-value communications results.

Ability to support multiple concurrent project responsibilities.
Experience of social media strategies and tools
Experience managing complex governance and stakeholder environment, such as across multiple agencies/departments and/or large corporation with multiple divisions
Travel up to 10% (while travel of up to 10% is a requirement of the role, due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice.)
