Our location in the Abbott Park, IL, currently has an opportunity for an International Healthcare Professional Marketing Manager. The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing a global healthcare strategy and implementing key initiatives for both Pediatric and Adult brands in top international markets.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Design a global KOL and congress strategy that delivers against brand communication priorities and aligns with regional demands
- Develop HCP center of excellence to establish content strategy and optimize go-to-market learnings for regions
- Collaborate with cross-functional team of Nutrition Science, Medical, R&D and regions to amplify our scientific voice via international conferences, webinars, and HCP newsletters
- Shape and manage market research plans to develop / optimize HCP insights
- Manage designated market research and agency budgets
TRAVEL: 25%
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE YOU'LL BRING
- BS/BA Marketing and / or MBA
- 5-7 years of experience
- 3-5 years of experience with progressive responsibility in brand management in consumer-packaged goods marketing, medical marketing; or a combination of the two.
- Strong thought leadership, written, and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated cross-functional leadership and collaboration skills
- Proven ability to develop and execute complex strategic business plans
- Familiarity with primary and secondary market research and data analysis
- Experience and proficiency with P&L / budget management
