Our location in Santa Clara, CA currently has an opportunity for a Downstream US Product Marketing Manager, Imaging and Physiology to drive and grow the imaging and physiology franchises across the US. This individual will oversee downstream marketing initiatives and programs from concept through a 360-surround sound execution approach. This will include implementation via the salesforce, conferences and paid, earned and owned digital media.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Marketing Communications: Drive and monitor execution of tactics and programs in the franchise across the region; develop impactful tools and innovative approaches; monitor and evaluate impact.
Sales Enablement: Ensure internal product training, competitive landscape assessment along with messaging and positioning, materials development, and internal excitement campaigns to support the field sales force. Oversee day-to-day activities supporting the field sales force.
Physician Education: Develop external facing materials and engagement tools to educate Interventional Cardiologists.
Stakeholder Relationship Management: Establish and develop relationships with key stakeholders/ KOLs/ influencers as relevant to own domain; participate in conferences/ symposiums, guide program design to develop advocates to communicate key company messages to the medical community.
Assures that appropriate resources (personnel, tools, etc.) are maintained in order to assure Quality System compliance and adherence to the BSC Quality Policy.
Physiology: Coroventis‡ CoroFlow‡ Cardiovascular System is an advanced platform to measure physiological indices: fractional flow reserve (FFR) and resting full-cycle ratio (RFR) to assess epicardial vessels; plus coronary flow reserve (CFR) and index of microvascular resistance (IMR) to assess microcirculation. This system is designed specifically to communicate with Abbott's wireless PressureWire™ X Guidewire. The CoroFlow‡ Cardiovascular System is capable of calculating and displaying hemodynamic measurements in both epicardial vessels and coronary microvasculature. More specifically, 50-65% of patients with angina with non-obstructive coronary artery disease (NOCAD) are believed to have Coronary Microvascular Dysfunction (CMD).4 Give patients a clear diagnosis of CMD and take the first step to improve their quality of life.2
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE YOU'LL BRING
Bachelors Degree from a reputable university.
4+ years related experience
Proven track record of successful project management and execution of multi-tasks in a fast-paced demanding environment, with ability to work well in a collaborative environment
Excellent written and oral communication along with interpersonal skills are required since the Product Manager must communicate with team members, other departments, upper management, and consumers of the company's products
Ability to maintain a keen attention to detail, multitask and work well under pressure
Natural tendency to be curious, positive, and creative
Sincere empathy for the customer and a commitment to delving deep into the challenges they present or experience
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Demonstrates strong willingness to invest in self for growth and possess leadership potential
MBA strongly preferred.
