We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and self-motivated Digital Marketing Assistant to join our Nutrition business based at Macquarie Park.
This role is a 12 month fixed-term contact.
Reporting to the Consumer Marketing Lead, the primary job function of this role is to support the digital marketing functions of Abbott Nutrition ANZ to drive engagement, trial and retention of consumers, health care professionals and other key stakeholders.
The role is responsible for contributing to the execution of digital marketing initiatives that link both upstream demand generation (hospital/HCP channel) and connecting pull through downstream (retail), together with clear trackable KPIs. The role is involved in a broad range of digital initiatives across the full marketing spectrum.
Main responsibilities are, and not limited to:
- Content calendar implementation and content management of brand websites, Home Enteral Nutrition (HEN) portal, website and social platforms;
- Monthly and ad hoc digital reporting and insights, using key tools like Google Analytics, Salesforce and SEO tools;
- Coordinate SEO and SEM initiatives to ensure our website and digital ecosystem is optimised for search, reporting and benchmarking to the business;
- Support and manage approval processes for digital content using Abbott's approval system, working with business stakeholders to get feedback and to make amendments as required to digital content;
- Community management of social channels, flagging issues and working with the relevant stakeholders across the business to draft responses to customer service requests via Facebook;
- Coordination of monthly CRM deliverables and process across consumer and HCP - working with agencies and internal teams across medical, marketing and regulatory to manage timelines, content reviews and asset/content deliverables, as well as reporting on campaign performance;
- Liaison between internal stakeholders, sales representatives and agencies to flag issues and enhancements to the Home Enteral Nutrition (HEN) portal;
- Work with brand managers, sales team and agencies to provide digital assets for customers and campaigns .
What makes you a successful candidate:
- Up to 2 years of relevant work experience as a digital marketing assistant or coordinator
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in digital marketing, IT, marketing or communications
- Passion for digital marketing, search marketing and customer experience with enthusiasm to learn and build digital skillset
- Experience with, and exposure to, search marketing and SEO
- CRM understanding and campaign experience
- Understanding of Google Analytics, content management systems, search, social and digital tools
- Highly organised with intermediate or high level of skills in Excel, Powerpoint, Word
- Experience in project coordination and working with business stakeholders across different disciplines with strong relationship building skills
- High level adaptability and willingness to learn and build skills across different areas of digital marketing
