HealyKohler Design, Inc. (HealyKohler), a leading Museum Planning and Exhibit Design firm, is seeking a dynamic, full-time marketing professional. Our clients include public and private museums, universities, military institutions, cultural centers, and sports institutions.

As a department of one, the primary responsibility of this position is to proactively find and develop new business opportunities, working closely with a dynamic team and an engaged leader. You’ll lead the proposal process for both invited and open-bid RFPs; represent HealyKohler in the market through networking, conferences, and research-based client targeting; and develop and execute on a vibrant marketing plan.

The right person for this in-person role will take the initiative, manage up, and be curious; think strategically, as well as execute tactically; and be an effective communicator in person and on the page. You’ll be tech-savvy, highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, and committed to building your skills to stay best-in-class.

• 3+ years’ professional work experience. Experience in/knowledge of exhibit design, architecture, or related communities is a plus.
